ABOUT MCLACHLAN CONCRETE
Built on Experience.
McLachlan Concrete is a family-owned and operated concrete company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, built on more than a decade of hands-on experience and a straightforward belief: if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right.
From custom decorative concrete to structural flatwork, every project is approached with careful preparation, precise execution and an uncompromising attention to detail.
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
More Than a Decade of Hands-On Experience
For owner Jacob McLachlan, concrete has never been just another trade.
His career began in his early twenties with a specialized stamped concrete company in New York’s Catskill Mountains. For more than six years, he developed his craft from the ground up, learning the details behind proper forming, decorative stamping, structural integrity and high-end finishing.
From there, Jacob spent four years working through the union on major commercial construction projects, expanding his experience into large-scale flatwork and concrete floor polishing.
That combination of decorative craftsmanship and commercial construction experience became the foundation for McLachlan Concrete.
Jacob launched the company in 2021 and brought it to Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2022, where McLachlan Concrete now serves homeowners, builders and businesses throughout St. Petersburg, Pinellas County and surrounding communities.
Meet The Owner
Jacob built McLachlan Concrete around the kind of contractor experience he believes customers should be able to expect: honest communication, dependable service and work that is completed with care.
His background has taught him that beautiful concrete starts long before the finishing work begins. Proper grading, site preparation, forming and structural integrity all matter just as much as what you see when the project is complete.
That’s why no part of the process is treated as an afterthought.
Whether he’s creating a custom stamped patio or installing a new driveway, Jacob brings the same work ethic, precision and attention to detail to every project.
Built through years of hands-on experience in decorative, structural and commercial concrete.
